Now I realize I may get some thumbs down or non friendly responses here but one thing eating away at the back of my mind is the cyclical nature here. Not here to sow doubt in any ones mind but this brings me caution, not necessarily anyone else.
What I mean is last year there was a vote to increase shares in May, this video a month before in April from proactive talked about multiple license deals.

None of which anything came of anything unless somehow the vyera deal was one of the afore mentioned deals, but that was in September, although these things do take time so entirely possible.
Now we are a month from another share increase and had a proactive video on Friday with no preceding PR about more potential licensing deal talks.
Am I wrong to start needing more proof here?
I need an uplist or something of substance before July 22 or I'm leaning towards a big No on my part.
