Berman got himself and the company in this mess and he needs to get himself and the company out of this mess. He’s hit high powered help and investors and certainly no cadre of individual investors or a mason frat is going to hold weight with the SEC. This isn’t a problem with the SEC it’s a problem with the company and Berman if they can’t address the issues.
And that may be your opinion and belief, but you're wrong, at least in my opinion. The SEC's job is to protect shareholders and investors. The cabal is neither but somehow with incessant claims that Mr. Berman and DECN are corrupt thieves and charlatans, the SEC swallowed it whole. Shareholders began the process by formally pointing out yesterday the errors of the SEC ways. There is much more to come. And it is sad you are not a part of it, but nonetheless will benefit.
And, if I may be so bold, there is a reason you were not invited into the shareholder group. Everyone can see it clearly this morning. In fact in my humble opinion you probably are better suited to be in the cabal. But that's up to you.
