DECN got my investment and it was and is substantial.
I’m not an insider, wasn’t offered cherry priced stock / warrants and don’t have clarity on anything from the company.
What I have experienced in my years holding this company has been anything but increased shareholder value. False hopes, false starts and mostly complete inability to finish. Further to that, my shares have been diluted 2 fold.
So, what do you expect from me?
Berman got himself and the company in this mess and he needs to get himself and the company out of this mess. He’s hit high powered help and investors and certainly no cadre of individual
investors or a mason frat is going to hold weight with the SEC. This isn’t a problem
with the SEC it’s a problem with the company and Berman if they can’t address the issues.
It’s simple, show em the functional and commercial capable GenViro device. No ifs, ands or buts.
You got it or you don’t. Weren’t we supposed to see the device in May?
I prefer to deal in facts and data. Not shallow words and attacks against the government that has challenged me.
I get it. It’s the FDAs and SECs fault that the test isn’t validated?
