The injustice done to DECN by the SEC was, and continues to be breathtaking. The only fig leaf the SEC and FDA can still claim to hold is that there were so many other companies throwing their turds in the punch bowl in obvious attempts to make a quick buck before anyone figured out who they were and that all they had was sketchy smoke and mirrors.

IMO, the absence of the SEC lifting the trading restrictions plus the FDA not approving the EUA, especially in light of the starkness of the difference between DECN's valid testing solution and other also-rans pushing snake oil, is a possible indicator that the SEC/FDA process might be subject to manipulation from other forces. Those interfering forces could be private individuals, public officials, institutional incompetence, or a combination.

IMO, as with so many other facets of this plandemic, it looks like the powers that be do not want it to end. They want to maximize the fear level of the populace. IMO, this leads directly to intentional decisions that end up hurting and killing people. For example, several governors have demanded that sick people be inserted into vulnerable populations which has led directly to 1000s of deaths. In my own state, the use of HCQ has been avoided at all cost. That is directly leading to, among other things, widespread fatalities on the Navajo Nation. I look forward with sad foresight to the lawyer ads on the teevee saying, "Did someone you know die of CV19? Were they refused HCQ? ..."

I believe these are temporary roadblocks and KB and DECN will be vindicated in time. Truth will out. And I hope, not necessarily optimistically, that justice will be served on all parties.
