Absolutely, those are two very important pieces of information and very good news. Mostly the up-listing possibility.

And yes, the price should have gone up "bigly" , and it didn't .. why ??? some act like spoiled brats expecting too much too quick all the time. If there is not instant gratification they go into a comatose mood. And, of course, the shorties that do exactly the same: see the proverbial half glass empty and propagate their doom for their financial benefit.

Same here. But all is not bad, I took the opportunity and increased my position yesterday. When the financial deal and/or up-listing comes the smell of short burning will be felt far away and I will not hold my nose.

For their sake, I hope they get burned BEFORE the trial results come out as this will be even worse ...
