Really in depth presentation this morning.
I hope they put it up this time.
Here's a very rough overview...
Gerald is going big on this that's what I'll start with.
And things are coming to fruition. (Quickly)
Uplist talk, aiming for next couple of months or sooner.
Main takeaway, Revenue! He wants a steady stream of revenue going into uplist. Has learned from the past.

Gerald is looking to expand this out and replicate it with High Capacity CLIA LABS in the US.
Because our testing have been certified in the US that carries J use weight Worldwide.
Again, Brazil, Latin Am, Europe Asia and in the US.
One major advantage we have will be going after and against King Fisher. "Our" machine is superior on many levels that will / is giving us strong advantage.
Many groups are approaching TODOS because we are a full service COVID Testing company.
From PPE (for testers now, to machines to CLIA Lab to everything else needed, swabs etc... possibly looking into vents, but not a priority at the moment, they are Lazer focused in what they are doing right now. Building a Best in Class full service testing Company.
Many announcements coming soon.
They are on many different fronts as well.
1. Sub Distributors in US
2.Testing sites
3. Huge demand is showing up in Europe
and we are in good position because we are US certified.
That is the same in the US. US wants to deal with a trustworthy US company that is a full service company rather than "just" a 3rd party nebulous distributor.
4. Our Israel office has excellent connections in Europe. Germany was mentioned a few times, but nothing concrete and more "as example" than committing to them only.
Plus, 3DMed has already sold in Germany .
5. Brazil- from the presentation overall, something may be happening with Brazil & it seems to be soon.
- I couldn't tell if it means tomorrow, Monday or another week or so, but something is being worked on and in Latin America.
To that,, there is now an Accelerated process in Brazil in effect by their Government.
6. As the Sub Distributor agreement was announced, there are more coming, because we are now able to Market and Sell in US which we are doing.
We also have rights in Canada & Mexico when talking about N. AM.
7. Looking to help & do business with High Capacity CLIA LABS in the US. Many are closed right now and can only really open up of they are doing essential work. We have the blueprint and will be able to duplicate replicate with those labs.
Some updated reimbursement numbers in the US by CMS.

$42 Serology in Lab
$42 Single strip
All Antibody must be done in CLIA Labs
EUA Part D Serology.
Looking to have on-going repeat business.
Companies, Churches etc looking to open up has the need for continued testing. Not just a 1 and done.
