I would rather they borrow it as well, but I don't think 20mm shares of dilution is a big deal either. In fact I would support authorization of 50mm more shares, sell 20mm immediately and uplist.
The increase in share price after uplisting will more than offset the dilution.
Moreover 50 million shares would equate to a net increase of 7.1% IF they sold them all, which I don't think they would need to.
I applaud Nadar for limiting dilution, but I think uplisting is worth it.
