What was very telling to me about the video was the fact that while in the midst of 300% growth for the year for IDLife, which she admitted was extremely hard to handle, they still decided to add on Verb's app and sampling three months ago. One would think that would be a major challenge to take on a new application and train their force to use it in midst of trying to manufacture product, get it our the door, keep customers happy, in the middle of a pandemic no less. But realistically, the new technology they employed from Verb made things easier for them. No more need for "belly to belly" and it enabled them to consolidate communications and make them more uniform from one sales associate to the next.
Not only that, but her raving about how Verb's new sampling feature revolutionizes the process was outstanding!
The app and corresponding add on products from Verb simplify transactions and communications with current and prospective clients. Proof positive, directly from a customer's mouth.
If that was not one of the best advertisements for Verb, I don't know what is.
Beyond Verb Live, next up, Small Biz Tool that enables businesses outside the Direct Sale World to have a similar app and add on features (as mentioned in the Japan press release).
