Quirk's attorneys withdraw from the case under rule 4.3 Georgia Superior Court. As I vision this it sounds as if a deal has been struck between HDC and Quirk but who is paying for attorney fees and court costs.
So are we to believe that HDC will at least file an 8-k in the next two days referencing the court case?
Furthermore, if so it would seem to me that HDC will file the necessary 10-K paperwork as promised prior deadline within what? the next 10-13 days? Like many other 10-k filings it can, if they choose to, they can include recent information beyond December 30th but don't know if HDC will do so.
Also, is it possible a buyout/merger is at hand. Check out NEO recent filings now wouldn't that be nice to have all investors and management able to leave HDC with some money in our pockets.
