This is stupidity that HDC has not at least filed a 10-K but insane to not produce a Proxy as they basically BS all us shareholders and probably even the Court system.
Does everyone recall the BS line George McGovern used in the affidavit used in Dekalb Superior Court
24. The timing of these events is not arbitrary. HDC's professionals need until March 31, 2020 to finalize 4 years of audited financial statements and 10-K's. The company then needs another 90 days in which to solicit sufficient proxies to ensure a quorum at the shareholder's meeting. Further, the shareholders need time to review and digest 4 years worth of financial information and reports to be fully informed before the meeting
George, you appear to be full of BS, not once but twice have basically ensured the shareholders meeting to be held on May 27th...where is the 10-K or Proxy?
