Their experience taught them how to look at inserting 'pain reducing' tech into their products. And it proves they are, in fact, very open to new ideas like pain reduction, etc. They did a similar project once so design should not pose any difficulty at all.
But now they have the opportunity to add something far, far better to separate themselves from the competition. Our contribution is smaller, lighter, no sensation, and promotes healing on a cellular level - like you stated.
