I’m thankful for the publicity, but this article

”CytoDon is now beginning Phase II of its clinical trial with 75 coronavirus patients at the end of May.”
The 75 patient trial started last month and has already enrolled 35. The PR this morning said the company expects full enrollment by the end of May. Either that author of this article really didn’t pay attention to the details of the PR, or CYDY is starting another 75 patient phase 2 trial in the U.K. But I find it hard that we’d find out about an approved U.K. trial via a second rate online news organization instead of a PR or from NP.
And in regards to the statement in the PR this morning that the 75 patient phase 2 trial will be flily enrolled by the end of May: IMO, I think this is an over promise by NP. He’s said for the last 2 weeks that trials are filling faster now that the admin process is done, but over 1 week (last Monday to this Monday) the phase 2 trial only added 5 new patients. CYDY will need to double that pace if we want to meet the May deadline. There was a discussion here last week or the week before that we may not get data until late June or early July, or maybe even August, based on the primary outcomes.
P.S. I’d like CYDY to pitch a change of primary endpoint to the FDA to 7 days and 14 days like Gilead but with hospitalizations and death rates included. This 6 week primary endpoint is garbage.
