Not sure I am esteemed, and my numbers are estimated. But the numbers do get out of control very fast.
There are many variables that we have no way of knowing, which you pointed out. Immunity, vaccine, mutations, etc.
But the opportunity is much larger than I ever thought it would be (I was on the record in the beginning as being opposed to spending resources on this).
I worry that we wont be able to produce the amount that we need.
