IMO, the SEC plan is only successful with a winnin

The company needs to get past the SEC news. That is done. The company needs to answer because there are always two sides to the story. In that case it doesn't matter what a bunch of message board posters think, but it does matter what the SEC thinks and how they react to any company counter attack. I understand that while the company has a plan and the plan is three fold. But that being said, the company cannot spend a lot of money and husband their resources to be used on the two things that matter, EUA application #1 and EUA application #2.
Many people here, those that wear white hats and those that wear black hats, are spending time giving company advice on how to govern their own affairs. These people have no standing, but this has been standard for DECN for over a decade. A minimum of message board posters carry disguised and threatening messages to the company. Most of those threatening the loudest own no shares. Many of these people haven't owned shares for over a decade.
KB tells me that people are again standing guard in the company parking lot and in front of KB's house. Employees were followed home after work last Friday. The police have been called several times. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.
The company's face to the world should be an unrelenting focus on GenViro! and FDA. Both applications. The coming battle with the SEC will be heroic, but will be handled by the lawyers. And by the way if I were TAUG's CEO and especially if I were Johnny C I would be very concerned. TAUG isn't much of a company, although their message board posters make them look like giants. But Johnny is dead set on killing them.
Let's watch this develop. The company's FDA plan, to my knowledge, has not changed.
