IMO, the SEC plan is only successful with a winning FDA plan.
The arena is full, 20 secs left in the game, opponent up by 1 and DECN has possession. Both teams are out of timeouts. DECN has just taken their last timeout to draw up the winning play. Game announcers discussing potential options, crowd is in a frenzy and folks sitting at home riveted to their TV. Lots and lots of eyes watching this game. In fact, last couple of games had season high TV ratings. DECN wins and a championship banner will be raised. DECN loses and well let’s not think about what that means.
