Back in the day, people had no choice if they wanted to get food but to go to the local grocery store. They had no choice if they want to buy electronics like a computer or TV except to go to the local electronics store. They also had no choice but to go to a clothing store to get clothes. Today, there exists a place that is more than just a grocery store, electronics store and clothing store. We can now go to Walmarts, SAM's club, COSCO, or the local super market which sells a little of everything. Mainly because of the convenience they have done very well. Some even do it better than the old specialty stores.
