Red, that's a good point about cold calling during COVID-19, when people won't be in their office and not available at their office phones, unless they've thought ahead and forwarded their phones, or use their cellphones as their office number. Still, it's going to be harder to get in touch with people by telephone. I hadn't thought about that until you mentioned it.
E-mail won't cut it, as on a cold call definitely speaking to someone is important, you are going to get less of a return on "cold e-mails" for sure.
So interactive video is the best alternative during COVID-19, and what's better than having interactive video where you can put up links during the session, to make it more interesting and capture the attention of the person you are talking with on the cold call. Obviously even not during COVID-19, interactive video with real time links is going to generate better results than a traditional cold telephone call.
