This is NOT over by any means! I see no point posting childish rants on message boards about my investment. IMSO the deals we have signed will finally start producing REVs this year and therefore we still have a chance with this "OTC" Company! So of course we don't like the RS, but they can be done for good reasons - not all RS's are bad! In the past when RS's were done SFOR did NOT have these signed deals! I have read the PR and SEC PRE 14C many times - we get REVs rolling in post-split, SFOR can sustain the pps and rise! Low OS with monthly recurring multi-millions, the pps will rapidly rise!

16 MAR podcast was actually recorded the week prior, and CHINA VIRUS lock-down occurred CONUS soon AFTER the podcast on MON 16 MAR. During the podcast MK mentioned the customer FD/Fiserv big roll-out had some delays, about a few months. He then changed things to push right about 3 months and thought Black around NOV/DEC. This was on the customer NOT MK/SFOR! Then....AFTER....CHINA VIRUS lock-down followed and causing delays for ALL!! Then next we received the RS PRE 14C and PR basically explaining clean-up finances and OS.
3 DEC podcast MK stated new patents (OOB/MFA) will allow them to sue again! Hellooooo! Our law firm Blank Rome wrote our Utility Patents and BEFORE SCOTUS wrongly injected Alice 101 Abstract Idea BS! IMSO BR is rewriting the patents so the corrupt cronies cannot use Alice 101! This will be approved this year (IMO) and before Congress takes the time to pass the new bipartisan Patent Reform Bill - which also fixes Alice 101!
Our OOB/MFA IP are the Crown Jewels and truly worth Multi-Billions! That's why so many are stealing and using now! Their days are numbered and eventually will need to PAY!
I could careless about any dislikes! Just grow-up and try to be an adult, and take responsibility for your OWN Actions ! Nobody held a gun to your head and made you buy SFOR! It's your OWN doing of when to buy and sell stocks! All should know OTC penny land is the Wild Wild West of the stock market! While most companies don't make it, BUT some do and I think we still have a good chance with $SFOR! It's not going to be the HUGE pay day we had hoped, but we can still make a decent ROI depending on your sell/buy decisions -- Best of Luck!
