If they prove it can be done with TOMDF I will be all ears too. It made sense at the time. It failed because a crime was committed against all of us. Read through the Magna lawsuit. They've been trying to consolidate convertibles for over a year now with little success. And more convertibles have been issued over the years. You can map these out, they all have terms with explicit expirations.
