It is certain to wonder about the following
-why has Mark tweeted to indicate that contracts and revenues are there and ramping up, without any definitive information that would require an 8K or PR.
- Cyber C and others promoting that agenda without repute , indicting information that they have from conversations or emails or tweets from Kay
- The moderators eliminating all posts that ask legitimate questions and voice concerns, requiring answers.
- The concurrence of the Zoom crap at the same time Kay is orchestrating a RS- inflating the stock price with no real data to back it up, and no follow through on that press release (hollow and all fluff and NonCommittal.
- As I recall Kay actually said that he could not raise and additional capital without raising the share price, not by announcing significant events or REVENUES, but by the only trick left in the bag, a desperate RS.
I have never seen a Public Company that continually has to ask for an extension for the submit of. Q and K. Either they don’t have the dollars to pay their auditors or just want to delay providing the documents to the pubic.
Please Note- the Company has to be current with their filings for any lender to commit to issuing a convertible note, or other lending.
