Let me be clear, I still hold almost 20Milly shares. So please do not delete the post.
Anyone who wants facts. Not that it matters at this point.

Kay then addressed shareholder concerns regarding a reverse split. "We're still not planning on doing any reverse splits in the near term," said Kay. "Once we show some major strength, which will be a while down the path, we might do a reverse split, but at this point there's no chance of a reverse split happening," said Kay.
I just ask that my post not be deleted... So if my timeline is correct, while Kay was reassuring shareholders of no RS "in the near term", He already started the process and was fully aware it was coming in the near term.
I live in the NYC area and I continue to work (dont have time to post much), but we are surrounded by sickness, death and an enourmous amount of people who are not working and struggling to make ends meet. Yet Mark tries to reassure investers that things are ok in the short term, this is disgusting to me. And just in Nov./Dec. 2019 interview he reassured investers of creating shareholder value (in other words dont sell, just buy).
The writing was on the wall for many who saw the dilution and the AS skyrocketing.
All I can say is the writing is STILL on the wall, A/S will still be sky high after RS even for a pink sheet. After a RS O/S & A/S in most situations drop dramatically. They are probably on the brink of bankruptcy and the only way to cover their debt and current expenses moving forward will be to dilute after the RS. Only time will tell...
A 100-500 million A/S would have been more reasonable.
Mark does not know how to run a business.
I owned 4 companies in the past 21 years, in different industries. SFOR has great products. Mark does not know how to sell the products.
I will continue to very cautiously watch what is going on and contunue to hold (just not sure how much). I will not be holding my breath.
