I know, I don't understand either.
I do understand that there are regulations, and accepted practices, and FDA needs to follow them, otherwise things will go bananas.
The whole purpose of the FDA is to bring safe and effective drugs to the people that needs them.
In a Pandemic, we should add: rapidly (for obvious reasons).
However, there is PAHPRA that enhances the authority of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to support rapid responses to public health emergencies.
They can easily issue an EUA for Leronlimab or any other product !!!
No worries about safety with Leronlimab !!! (as we very well know) ....
And, what do they do ???
You know the rest of the story very well. … We have 32000 of our fellow citizens gone and counting …
