TechGuru ..- many things are hard to explain , they needed in open study 125 patients , we need in dangerous for patients with severe disease , double blind study 390 patients ..
What we see that this virus is very dangerous , the damage produced by all those immune problems / cytokines storm are not only limited to lungs ,
But kidney , Herat and any organ maybe damage ,
We see those patients developing blood clogs , so we see , , strokes , heart attacks and pulmonary embolism ....
Patients who surviving severe disease often have permanent problems , every week of treatment for them is important ..the sooner the better .,
This is why I still don’t agree with placebo for severe sick .,
Why not to do placebo for mild patients and see who will be progressing ..
But as always imo only ..
