Evilrbt, you can say that here, BLA is a evil word. Working on COVID-19 and BLA in parallel is to much for Cytodyn especially since we have all the information from FDA given to us back a few months ago. We must now adhere to the FDA rules with COVID-19 trials, we are all (or most) under the impression a sample from each trial containing great results will give us approval in short order especially since many souls are still dying.
Wasn't many dying with HIV as well ? What about cancer, will FDA string us along with that once we get past COVID-19 and show also we have a viable treatment as well?
COVID-19 and other mishaps of BLA not getting submitted will only last so long, eventually Cytodyn will have to face the music on delay again and provide a valid response to the investors. You would think the License deal with BLA approval milestones and also the Samsung agreement and the continued touting of revenue in Q3 2020, now moved to Q4 2020 that would be the biggest fire under Cytodyn to get the BLA submitted, not to mention the continued pressure investors apply to NP regarding the BLA submission.
I am not just saying this today, because of SP took a hit, I been saying that for awhile, I expected another short attack, not having BLA done allows the shorts to act and find the best times to do so.
We do not know how SP will act for sure when BLA is submitted but will never know until its done and the uncertainty is removed.
