NP is definitely doing his part. He knows first-hand how many warrant holders are exercising and he knows most intend to liquidate. He does not want SP to take a big hit due to it.
And since the catalyst is due to COVID-19, it makes sense to use positive updates around lero and COVID-19 to absorb those warrant-shares.
