visited the Magna website for the first time in awhile, also looked at their twitter. Website still exists but has been wiped clean. Josh Sason wiped clean.
The SEC has, with mixed success, advanced this to the discovery phase and a jury trial is expected in Spring 2021, if there's not a settlement before then. Huge implications here as this case covers an almost identical scheme as we probably endured in 2015 with Discover and Magna in cahoots. If any legal action we took were to go similarly, we are coming up on a statute of limitations as applied here in summer 2020 for any recovery. I say that, and my understanding of these complex laws is limited.
