Evilrbt, you are correct, these mistakes are avoidable and despite Misiu not understanding your point, this is not rocket science. You weren't debating about the medical side of things, but the public facing side of the company and she missed that point completely. The whole reason you hire a professional PR company is to help guide you through things like this, to help the company (or person) look as good as possible.
CYDY constantly looks like they are in over their heads when it comes to PR's and social media. Spelling errors? Come on...
