Also as i suspected and more damaging, since no benchmarks (read milestones) have been announced the Chinese contract is NOT progressing seemingly at all. We can infer that not a single task, milestone or event as laid out in the contract has occurred.
The market of course tells us this daily with constant erosion of PPS. The market is pricing in an announcement in the next couple of weeks confirming that all Corona virus activities are canceled.
The real question is how much father we will fall when this announcement occurs or will we be all priced in by that time?
