here is the reply from Todd, and of course, no mention of anything material, but what I am actually really disappointed about that he does not even mention the critic of GNBT's existing communications to us via PR.
So it actually is not just the fact that there is a lack of communication, but also those PRs, that they DO post are not really as I would like them to be written.
Anyways, here is his response (in one word summarized as "worthless"

Everything you state plus other activities all move forward and when new information can be announced, they will be.
Of course we want to keep shareholders apprised of corporate activities and will make public announcements as soon as we are able.
This companies worth/value has never been equivalent with our stock price & that’s why we work to get back on the Nasdaq, and also work to get NGIO a Nasdaq traded company as well.
We are at the last stages of a 3 plus year corporate restructuring that we are now in the final regulatory stages of.
With regards to anything covid-19 related, this is a global issue and things change hourly/daily.
When anything advances, meaning formal agreements or benchmark actions take place, it will be announced.
