I am fed up with just sitting around waiting for GNBT to finally release some news. So I have just sent the following email to Todd Falls, should I receive a meaningful reply, that is worth posting here, I will let you know as well:
Hi Todd,
the silence that we, GNBT's shareholders, seems get from the company gets more and more defeaning. While the entire world is more and more dragged into this crisis, there are a whole bunch of companies that publicly announce that they are working on a cure, vaccine or quick test kit to help fight this "invisible enemy" and - as icing on the cake - to even profit financially from it. GNBT not so much, as it seems.
Every time any company makes such an announcement the share price seems to skyrocket. Now one of your last longer PRs, from 2 weeks ago!!!, claimed that GNBT's Ii-Key technology is the best in class, full snythetical, and thus very quickly adaptable to the current virus, has already been tested in humans and can be produced in large quantaties in a short period of time. This all sounds as if this is the perfect answer to the currently ongoing crisis. The only thing that is missing is the related announcements from you about the current status. I honestly have no clue why that is, and would really like to get an answer from you for.
The next thing that I do not understand is, why we have to learn from Joe's FB account that he traveled to DC, and have to assume that this was not a sightseeing trip? A picture, which is no longer publicly available, showed Joe and Dr. Eric von Hofe in the lobby of a building that we assumed to be the HHS head quarters. This got a whole bunch of us overly excited, however, until now, more than a week later, we have heard nothing from you in this regard? This has all of us very much confused.
All in all, I honestly have no understanding about the lack of communication that is currently going on. While the entire world is in crisis, stock markets are in limbo all over the world and everybody is desperately waiting for good news, in regards to a cure, GNBT could be in a position to provide what mankind requires the most (a vaccine) and in particular benefit substantially from this crisis. Yet, there is deafening silence from your side for 2 weeks that feel almost like an eternity to all of us, as we watch the PPS drop further and further.
Why are we not hearing any updates on the vaccine development for your chinese partners? In fact, why was there no public announcement that the previously announced trip to China for the signing ceremony was cancelled, but still the contract is in full effect? This still leads to a lot of confusion among the GNBT shareholders that I regularly exchange messages with on various message boards!!!
What is NGDx doing in regards to creating a COVID-19 test kit? Nothing? If yes, why? If no, why are we not hearing anything about it?
Besides all of the COVID-19 related stuff. The dividend was paid out more than 5 weeks ago, and prior to that pay date, we were told that A LOT OF things are held up by the not paid dividend and that things would start moving quickly once the dividend is paid. Well, this is 5 weeks ago now and there are no updates on the S-1s, the funding being made available, the closure of the AltuCell deal, the IPO of NGIO or the uplisting of GNBT.
I assume, or at least hope, that there is a lot going on that has just not been publicly disclosed, but WHY IN THIS WORLD do you leave all of us so much in the dark about the important stuff, and then waste time and money to announce that GNBT is sponsoring a charity event?
Or just looking at the last PR. When looking closely into that, this sounds like AMAZING news, but only to those as knowledgeable about GNBT as the few "hardcore" investors, such that I am considering myself to be. But to the larger public, the way you have written this PR, it does not paint the exciting picture that this news really represents, because - once again - the hard fiancial facts are missing. It is good to read that Anthony Dolisi calls this an "exciting day" for Olaregen, and I tend to agree, but the excitement does not really spread, as long as this news lacks the information that this has the potential to quickly lead to 7- or 8 figure numbers is in sales and revenue. THIS IS what I, as a GNBT shareholder, want to read and would get really excited about!!!
To make a long story short, and I know that you are not able to answer all my questions personally to me, but please update all of us on ALL THAT IS SURELY GOING ON right now, behind closed doors and let us know all where the company of GNBT, we all own our specific share of, is currently at!
