I also think the lack of news is that they have a lot going on, and also if COVID19 patients are doing well, I believe the federal agencies and CYDY, are working to get a proper response in place, to help as many people as possible.
I would think it would be more appropriate, given the sensitivity and urgency of the situation, to work on getting Leronlimab mobilized to the hospitals without all the outside noise that a PR would bring.
It is easier to work in silence, vs bringing an added spotlight to what you are doing.
This is all in my opinion, but it seems to be common sense.
