Yes , you dealing with very sick patients in ICU , patients you are intubating already .
Everything may react differently including heart ...
IMO it will be very important if they do fast study at the beginning of disease , the high risk patients , put this group on this treatment and compare to statistic without... I don't like placebo for this situation , we have enough number of patients not treated to compare...and I don't think anyone expect placebo to work anyway here ......
The more reading and talking with people I do , the more I think it may not work with the most advance , but possibly may prevent to go to this state..at least in some.
They should do fast this study...as some doctors already using for some of their patients..
