I am so sorry to say there isn't one person on this board that could answer your "question" or soothe your concern.
In fact, whatever someone says here could very well be alarming seeing all tech ever the most powerful ones worldwide have glitches.
If anyone could do that, I imagine the company would be the only ones to.
So, if you were to take the time and email them, maybe they might be able to provide some information you are seeking.

Wait for the next screen to load
Once loaded again scroll down
There will be more boxes ( redundant sure)
Look for the one that has Investors Relations ( again, redundant l realize this fact)
Select that box
Wait for that page to load
