400,000,000 shares out for NGIO
Absolute minimum to list on NASDAQ is $2. We can debate that later.
70% of 40M is 280M
20M shares paid in 2:5 div (based on increase in GNBT shares out)
16M paid in 1:4 div (because shares out was higher at that time - pre retired shares)
So 280 + 36 =316M leaving 84M for the open market. Maybe less a few Mil for the underwriter, etc. so let’s call it 80M
At a minimum those 80M shares are worth $160M
GNBTs stake will be $560M minimum.
So here’s my question. What does that do to GNBT valuation. Obviously it’s an asset on the books and it’s tangible, not perceived value. So how does it translate to pps?
