Form 10 doesnt guarantee 60 days does it? If you look at "the intellectual property" it appears some work needs to be completed !! I agree with some that frequent positive updates will help to build excitement for possible IPO. Day traders heaven when any good news released, 1-2-3 baggers all day/week long.
