Nice volume today!
This may sound a little negative, but I still don't see how Emerald is going to transform into a biopharma company and develop these highly specialized products they have licensed from AMBS. Their website is just a video with no information, so I guess Pura Vida is pretty much it. This 5 mil infusion and very positive comments from a VC firm indicates that there must be something going on behind the scenes (and one assumes Gerald did his DD). But there is no mention anywhere so far from their end, that there is any intention of ramping up these things they licensed. (please feel free to show me I'm wrong here)
Also, we are still waiting for answers on how this 'licensing agreement' will work. I've read $50M, $100M, various share amounts, 2022. What is it? Gerald did indicate recently that we would get an update in the near future.
And Hempori - perhaps this is somehow going to flourish, but right now it's just two stores in TX with a simple website selling oils and stuff that many others sell. I don't see how this is going to produce cash for us, but who knows?
