In my opinion, we now have a very inexpensive, low risk, high reward B-UC Oral Phase 2a to run. Success in that will greatly increase any B-UC deal offer. So yes, I see a very good reason why the company might want to raise an extra couple million dollars this quarter.
Additionally, as the 10Q stated, we have Menon/KARD asking for money and a landlord dispute. So there is a need to keep cash up at this time just in case.
The volume matches up pretty well with what the company could potentially need over the next quarter or two.
Also, I do personally know an investor who has a core position of around 300,000 shares who bought 80,000 two weeks ago around $0.08 and sold 40,000 at $0.15 this week. Adding to the core with house money is always good.
