At the risk of being Captain Repetitive I have the same
At the risk of being Captain Repetitive I have the same question as yesterday. Did any investors (not stock traders) on this board sell any IPIX shares today? The answer of course is the same as yesterday. No investor in their right mind would sell at these compressed prices when any number of milestone achievements (including partnership deals for B-OM or B-IBD Oral or federal grant money and major Brilacidin orders for coronavirus treatment) would drive IPIX share price (SP) into the multi dollar range. With 8.631M shares supposedly sold yesterday and another 8.04M today, where the hell is the supply (sellers) coming from to complete these transactions? The criminal/NR underlings will wonder out loud if it is the MFO. First off, we don’t know if the MFO is selling any of their shares on the open market. Secondly, there was a total increase in IPIX Outstanding Shares from 6/30/19 thru 2/8/20 (over a 7 month timeframe) of 17.4M shares. Did the MFO sell as many shares in the last 2 days that IPIX’s entire OS increased in the past 7 months? The answer is of course NO. It is an absurd false narrative that tries to distract from the obvious. There is a major shortage of REAL SHARES on the supply or sell side. IPIX investors are Long and Strong as noted by the 90% FOR votes to increase Authorized Shares last fall and are holding tightly to their investment.
The answer is that VOLUME is mostly fake and the share price is controlled by the criminals/NR so therefore the SP is also fake. The SP is whatever the criminals/NR want it to be SHORT TERM. NR has been mostly successful for several years running IPIX SP from $2 up to almost $5 and then relentlessly and continuously down to 5 cents. The cost of capital for IPIX which is a pre-revenue biotech that is dependent on issuing stock to cover R&D and FDA trial expenses has continued to drastically increase. If NR could have put IPIX out of business it would have been a home-run for them. The problem for NR is that IPIX is not going out of business and even in the headwinds of major NR manipulation were able to advance their science to where we are today. So with NR’s problem of their target (IPIX) not going out of business and NR’s large exposure of their Naked Short Sale (NSS) position that has been built up over the past 6+ years combined with a lack of investors willing to part with their shares, what the hell is NR supposed to do? NR has dug themselves a very large hole. IMO NR is between a rock and a hard place regarding IPIX so their current plan is to explode volume using everything in their bag of tricks including wash trades and additional NSS to attempt to turn IPIX into a trading stock. For a stock to be a good trading stock you need 2 things #1 Volume and #2 Movement. This means NR has to manipulate both volume and price movement. NR has to hope that there are enough trading crews and some percentage of investor’s positions that will part with their shares and allow NR to grab some REAL SHARES of IPIX during these SP runs. Time is ticking on NR.
In the meantime investors should stay patient and add to their position if they are able. IMO investors should NOT hit the ASK as it plays into the criminals hand even though we are talking a half a cent or less. If investors split the bid/ask they will see first-hand how difficult it is for NR to unwillingly sell them shares that they don’t have. IPIX shareholders should not get too excited about the current fake volume and controlled fake SP (whether it goes up or down).
When IPIX completes a license deal for non-dilutive funds for B-OM and/or B-IBD oral and/or is awarded grant funding and order demand for Brilacidin for coronavirus treatment it is the beginning of the end of NR’s control over IPIX SP. This will be the beginning of a swing towards normal supply/demand valuation and IPIX SP will be in the dollars. 2020 should be a very profitable year once IPIX hits multiple milestones and we gain control back of our company.
