About 20 minutes ago I was able to remove another 204K from the wall. As you experienced, the wait was at least 30 minutes for me too. I asked why and ETrade said their tax forms were messed up and they were getting a ton of calls in because of that.
So if you are going to place an ETrade order on line, expect it to take a while unfortunately.
