After a 40 minute wait with etrade to place an order at .0098 (I wanted to slap the ask) for a small 8K trade, it went off at.0089. Ordinarily I would be happy about getting a lower price but not today. I was hoping to do my small part in chipping away at the wall but that didn't happen.
