Trying to interpret your statement:
Sell everything in B, I thought it would have to be a structured deal wherein
there is an upfront directed to IPIX shareholders, and then future payments
in the form of regulatory milestones, sales milestones, royalties, and CVRs
on B indications moved thru clinical trials. There are so many B indications
to travel thru.
I've seen Locust Walk do this type of deal.
Yes, we would become a K oncology company with xxx million in the bank.
At this point, maybe RS 6 to 1. Heck, Jazz Pharmaceuticals did an 11 to 1
reverse split. To the Nasdaq and raise money thru institutions to fund Kevetrin trials,
trying to leave a majority of the xxx million in the bank. At this time, Leo
could retire and hand duties over to a BP CEO from a top oncology company.
