Couple problems I see with this explanation,

By my understanding ..patients by the date of injections,,,

---Patient 1 ,... treatment naive mTNBC was injected September 27-2019 , and we were told she is on 700 mg , all of us were surprise , so that must be a mistake then ??

---patient 2 , ....M-i-L , injected November 25 , 2019 , as Emergency patient, we were told is on 700 mg

--- patient 3.... was injected January 2 , my understanding emergency patient , not sure the dose , but I will think 700 mg , Dr NP during CC, called her patient number 4

---patient number 4 ,.... injected January 7 , Dr NP referred to her as patient number 3 , mTNBC , dose ?

So I am hoping for better explanation soon...
