I think this would be fodder for litigation by shareholders who are buying shares based on this revelation, so I do not think the man is foolish enough to state this fact and then not produce products in retail stores.
Let's get those law suits going. Why wait. I cannot wait to see about 20 total people jockeying to destroy what little today they have left in a law suit lead by a child threatener, a guy who has campaigned to be the next CEO for the last two years, and various miscreants, most of whom have not owned shares for years and years. A law suit made up of message board posters and primarily former shareholders. A great partnership in the making. Good luck finding a law firm to take on that case. Suing a company with no money. But sue now and worry about it all later. I'm in.
