while drafting this release we had a most interesting and happy occurrence. Pharma Tech has concluded two new partnerships that will provide further growth for our line of human and pet diabetic testing products. The first arrangement is with a national marketer of both pet and human products at both retail locations and on the web. The second is a national retailer with over 2000 locations in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. We will have product in both retail stores and on the retailer's popular web sites. I believe this is the first time Mr. Berman has stated in print for all to read that products will be in retail stores.

I think this would be fodder for litigation by shareholders who are buying shares based on this revelation, so I do not think the man is foolish enough to state this fact and then not produce products in retail stores.

I could be wrong, but this is the best news so far that I have read from the company as of this date.
