Here's my thoughts on your points.
1. The fact that SFOR sells through retailers isn't a problem. It won't get Strikeforce's name 'out there' but if/when serious revs from those retailers hit the books, investors will notice.
2. re new patents, who knows, except the insiders
3. re stating he will be in the black by August. I assume two things: That Mark knows when cash will flow from various deals, and that Mark knows how much revs it will take to turn cash-flow positive. I don't care much if it is July, August or later because I'm not selling that quickly.
On being bought out, we know that's the plan, but I don't expect it soon. I don't agree with the logic that only a buy out could get SFOR in the black by August.
For starters, a buy out wouldn't mean SFOR was in the black. It would mean SFOR income/expenses would be on some other company's financials.
