I emailed NP about the stock awards last night and told him to address it at the conference call. He responded that they were for BTD and he would address it on Thursday
This was my F/U response.
"Thank you Dr. Pourhassan. Many shareholders are concerned about the size of this award. If it is outside the standard executive compensation plan, maybe it should also be tied to obtaining FDA basket approval for cancer or a sizable buyout of the company. Also whats to stop such outsized awards for each market indication that gets BTD. That would easily take us over the 700 million authorized shares which is already too high for an OTC company. Maybe shareholders who invested in this company at 75 cents a share in 2012 are more deserving of the return for missing out on a tripling of US stock indexes over that time and instead putting that money in CYDY which went to 30 cents a share instead"
Someone please corner him on this. It is NOT OK.
