I agree and even then it is over the top IMO. AA w

To put this in perspective, in the same 8-K the performance bonus was announced, NP bonus alone is currently valued at more than the dilutive raise ($9M bonus vs $7.5M dilutive raise). I'll get over it and this will be my last post about it, but how can anyone look at this and self-justify that this is acceptable, good optics for pre-revenue company, will be viewed as acceptable by shareholders, etc. I know they do much more than we know or see, but performance bonuses should always be awarded for after-the-fact performance and not based on future expectations even if there are disclaimers......salary is the basis of hard work and future expectations.
I'm sure none of us will be complaining when we get to $10/$20 share as no one will care at that point, but currently the point and concerns are valid until these milestones are achieved and shareholder value reflects similar valuation IMO.
