No offense CDiddy, but he communicates well for me and not only can I listen to him, I can hear everything he says.
As for the timelines, that is something else as he hopes they're on time and has missed them but he gets so excited and then his subordinates tell him when to expect results and they are some times missed. No one is perfect and he took a science that was shelved and look where it is today, eh?
