We are working the overall plan. Don’t believe anyone wants it down there before we start the marketing for the Reg A. Waiting on SEC

Is that to say after Reg A approval we will most likely go there? Was hoping the plan was to increase the price so less shares to market.

Not at all. We currently are in SEC registration process. Clean offering coming via Reg A to execute recap plan, but can’t market Reg A until cleared by SEC. Once cleared, a great case to market can be made that we are way undervalued. Current SH should see this as opportunity
