Hi Pokey, first of all, as a side note, isn't it

first of all, as a side note, isn't it terrible that we all always have to defend ourselves against potentially being blamed to just wanting to bash the company, just because we "dare" to say something not overly excited or positive about GNBT? I definitely think that related to that something has to change in terms of Joe's way of dealing with constructive criticism, or even people being upset after all this stuff, and in particular the ~80% decline in pps, we recently had to endured.
OK, that said, here is my take on this current dispute between GNBT and CMP.
What I would expect is that both sides should calm down again and then hold meeting behind closed doors (if necessary, including a lawyer at both ends of the table, and maybe even a neutral mediator) and then they should sort this out based on facts, as business men (leaving emotions aside, right now this gets to a level of kindergarten, where each one blames the other for the same thing. He started it, no he, no he,... ). The result should be a mutual agreement between the two parties and a joined, public statement about what was agreed to all of us, such that we can finally get this behind all of us and be able to move and focus on the important stuff for the good of GNBT.
If I read it right out of this last statement from CMP, they are open and interested in finding such a solution to the problem.
